Common questions
- I bought credits but they didn't appear.
- Close and reopen the app while connected to the internet. If they still don't show, email us with the approximate date and time of the purchase.
- How do I get a refund?
- All purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- How do I delete my data?
- In the app, open Settings and choose Delete all my data. Deleting the app alone removes what is on your phone but not what is stored on our server.
- Is Rowan a real person?
- No. Rowan is an AI character. Her rites and readings are for reflection and personal practice, and are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
- I'm going through something serious.
